RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a high level of knowledge and proficiency in Tax process
• Respond to inquiries regarding ADP products
• Respond to inquiries received from the Taxing Agencies
• Place phone calls to Taxing Agencies

• Conduct correspondence with customers and representatives
• Leverage strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to execute daily customer-centric activities
• The ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions
