HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Conduct research and translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Facilitate our product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products.
  • Create user-centric designs that promote ease of use and optimize how customers interact with our product.
  • Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into our global products design.
  • Engage in enterprise thinking across product lines and services that results in innovative, re-usable design solutions.


HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications / training is a plus.
  • Portfolio available (ideally showcasing the entire design process - wireframes, prototypes, finished apps, & UX research that was used to inform your design)
  • 5-8+ years of experience as a UX Designer for web AND mobile applications (iOS / Android) w/ strong knowledge of design best practices / standards for mobile responsive web, iOS (Apple's Human Interface Design Standards), and Android (Material design)
  • Experience with the tools of the trade for low & high fidelity wireframes, mockups, prototyping, & design. We welcome any tools, but use Adobe Creative and Figma. (If you use Sketch, Balsamiq, Flowmapp, or comparable that works!)
  • Experience using / consuming various types of UX research to inform your design. Examples include: A/B testing, usability studies, card sorting, focus groups, surveys, etc.
  • 5+ years of experience working with client code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) While you won't code in this role you need to know your way around CSS (libraries) and JavaScript (libraries) to guide our Frontend team on the best tool for the task!
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
