The incumbent will support the hiring needs of one of our most notable clients, strategically partnering to drive talent acquisition. Responsibilities:

• Conducts employment related research and assists recruitment team with electronic and other methods of sourcing of qualified candidates.
• Assists recruitment team with customized screening and initial contact of applicants to determine qualification and interest level.
• Assess incoming resumes
• Refers appropriate candidates to recruiter and/or hiring supervisor.
• Provides support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others.

Qualifications:

• MUST have 1-5 years of TECH OR Professional recruitment experience/candidate sourcing or related area
• Must be able to work successfully in a remote environment
• Recruiting and interviewing skills
• Ability to conduct interviews via phone and online meeting platforms if need be
• Knowledge of candidate management systems, ATS sourcing/screening (preferred)
