Pivot Search is currently seeking a Vice President for a growing and dynamic New York based boutique. This firm operate globally and focus on sell side mandates within the mid-market.

This opportunity will be working on sell side deals across the consumer & retail sectors and will be involved in all aspects of the deal cycle. You will be working on mid-market deals and will be involved with the supervision of junior members of the team. The main responsibilities are to execute M&A assignments, develop client marketing materials, including confidential information memorandums and management presentations, in support of sale transactions. Manage due diligence activities and identify, build, and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with sell side M&A experience, ideally within the consumer sector who is seeking an opportunity to further progress their career. You will be a team player who has a passion for investment banking and is seeking to further progress their career in this area.
