Job Description

ProMedica a Mission-driven, not-for-profit organization focused on improving the health and well-being of people in hundreds of communities across the country, is seeking to add a Producer/Editor to our Team. As a video editor and producer, you would maintain responsibility for executing video and audio projects in conjunction with the production Director, agency Creative Director and overall creative and video teams. A demonstrated creative ability in assembling video footage, applying artistic editing techniques and creating finished, broadcast-worthy projects that accurately reflect the vision of the director and creative team is essential. A solid background in related production activities and/or motion graphics development is preferred.

Requirements

• A degree in TV or Film; Media Production; Visual Technology; or related field is preferred but not required
• 2+ years of industry or university-based experience
• A proven track record in developing creative pieces across a range of styles
• Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe CC (particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or DaVinci Resolve or other industry-standard editing platforms
• Professional experience on location and studio sets
• Willingness to take direction, offer creative input and collaborate across disciplines
• Passionate about learning and driven to stay ahead of quickly evolving technology
• Post-production editing, compositing, motion graphics and VFX
• Interaction with client and/or other professional creative and account services staff
• Lead specific aspects of a project from an execution standpoint
• Adapting script/board to video with input from members of creative team
• Production audio sweetening and sound design
• Help establish and maintain quality of award-winning work
