The Wellness Director manages the operation of the Wellness Department including: maintaining standards in elder care services; supervision and oversight of Wellness Department team including training and assigning overall duties in accordance with the elders' needs; meeting financial and budgetary guidelines; and upholding state regulations and procedures.

Experience

Licensed RN or LPN/LVN in good standing with State Licensing Authority
Working knowledge of computers including Excel, Word, and MS Office is required
Must be able to communicate effectively with elders, families, team members, vendors and the general public
Must meet all health requirements
Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation
Must have valid driver license
Must pass criminal background check and nursing licensure validation as required by state law
Must have compassion for and desire to work with the senior population
