Loan Processor (Full Time).

Growing company needs Loan Processor who can accurately handle high volume of files.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years of current mortgage loan processing to include FNMA, FHA, Jumbo, Portfolio, and Foreign National loans.


• Familiarity with current underwriting guidelines, including self-employed/complex income calculations.

Preferably, some experience in underwriting.


• Must be able to follow loan protocols.


• Prepare LE (Loan Estimate), fee work… more
