ANC, a subsidiary of LEARFIELD, designs, installs and provides ongoing operations and services for digital media architecture which stimulates, entertains and engages consumers at special events, sports venues, and places all around us. ANC fuses art, commerce and technology to set the gold standard of the event experience for a distinguished client list that includes the Super Bowl, the Final Four, New York City Marathon, Los Angeles Dodgers, the Ryder Cup, and New York City's Westfield World Trade Center.

ANC seeks a highly creative individual to join the team as a Designer for ANC Studios, the in-house design group responsible for creating the graphics & animations featured on LED display screens being operated at hundreds of major events and venues across the country.

From experiential artwork to one-of-a-kind animations, you will partner with the other designers to deliver high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphic designs and sequences. The ideal candidate is a creative learner and problem solver, who is unafraid of shifting priorities & deadlines and open to exploring new technologies. This is a full-time, exempt position based in ANC's Purchase, NY office and reports to the Director of Venue Solutions.

What You'll Do…

  • Work closely with a team lead to create animated graphics for various sized displays and aspect ratios.
  • Utilize prebuilt templates and project files to create new versions of concepts and designs for ongoing campaigns.
  • Build and organize graphic templates for easy use and distribution to other artists.
  • Create multiple aspect ratio versions of existing and new animated designs.
  • Keying and cleaning greenscreen footage for inclusion in animations and still graphics.
  • Minor editing and working with footage of varying resolution and quality.
  • Design unique, one-of-a-kind animations for special events, professional sports teams, and commercial clients (retail, transportation, etc.)
  • Work on experiential artwork and ambient content for high resolution displays.

What We're Looking For…
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of relevant design experience.
  • Strong 2D design fundamentals (good layout/spacing, color, lighting).
  • Proficient in After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Comfortable with 3D design (cinema 4D standard and physical).
  • Experience in Octane + Redshift preferred but not required.
  • Will be required to provide design reel and complete sample design test.
  • Software: After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema 4D, Octane, RedShift
