Founded in 2013 by a Swiss native who always dreamt of sharing her love of chocolate and confections with the world, SWEET55 is known for its best-in-class ingredients, innovative bonbons and confections, and its unparalleled quality.

Since its inception, the business has expanded from e-commerce to a flagship store in Half Moon Bay, and this spring 2022, SWEET55 will open a second store in Palo Alto. SWEET55 has won numerous accolades for its products, including:

You are driven by a genuine passion for and knowledge of pastry and chocolate production. You are known among friends and colleagues alike for your positive, can-do attitude as well as your unparalleled work ethic. You are proud of maintaining a steady head (and hand!) under pressure.

What Else You'll Need:

3+ years of experience in pastry production (puff pastry, cakes, cookies, confections).

Ability to follow operational policies (including safety and security procedures)

Flexibility (must be willing to work some evenings, weekends and holidays)

Punctuality (we are Swiss!)

Superior attention to detail

Great organization and communication skills

Love of teamwork (family environment!)

A valid US - work permit
