Hardesty, LLC, on behalf of our client, a Large multi-faceted General Contractor, is searching for a Vice President of Finance. The ideal candidate will possess extensive FP&A experience within the construction industry. The role is newly created to accommodate corporate growth and round out the finance and accounting team.

PROFILE:

We are searching for a hands-on VP to take complete control of the Accounting and Finance department. The ideal candidate will possess extensive FP&A experience to round out the team. COMPENSATION:

We are searching for the right candidate, not a SALARY. When we find the correct skill set and culture fit, the compensation will be generous, including base salary, annual bonus, and RSU potential.
